Loving and exhibiting Siberians for 25 years
Destiny Siberians is a small and successful show hobby "kennel" currently located in central Ohio, U.S.A. My Siberians are not only show dogs but much loved and valued members of the family, living full time in the house, not in a kennel. In 2013 I celebrate twenty-five years of exhibiting the Siberian Husky (previously "Nordvik Siberians, Australia). In 2000 'Destiny Siberians' was formed in the U.S.A. I am a current member of the Siberian Husky Club of America and as such abide by the standards and code of ethics of the club.
The Destiny Siberian Husky Story
Destiny Siberians sprung from my kennel "Nordvik Siberians" established 1988 in Australia. The foundation bitch of Nordvik/Destiny Siberians, Aust. Ch. Kolyma Arctic Krystal - "Amber" was a girl of impeccable breeding, a daughter of BIS/BISS Aust. Ch. Rossfort Nijinski (bred in Canada from Arcticlight lines) and a daughter/grandaughter of Am./Can. Ch. Innisfree's Red Roadster and BIS/BISS Am./Can. Ch. Innisfree's Sierra Cinnar. Amber's daughter Aust. Ch. Nordvik Bound For Glory - "Glory" (sired by a dog from older Karanovanda lines) and Glory's daughter Am. Ch. Nordvik The Enchantress - "Sabrina" were both bred by Sue and imported from Australia to the United States in 2000. From these girls continued the strong producing bitch line: Destiny's The Trendsetter - "Trendy", and Ch. Destiny's Divine Glory - "Diva".

Destiny's Bling Bling, Destiny's Mirror Mirror, Destiny's Whatever Lola Wants, Russian Gr. Ch. Destiny's To Russia With Love, Icelandic/Danish Ch. Destiny's Fox In Socks, Destiny's Victorious, Destiny's Glorious and Destiny's Delicious.
Destiny Siberians In the Show Ring
My Siberians are exhibited on a limited basis, typically not until a dog matures, with wonderful results. Our current stars are BISS Ch. Destiny's Bling Bling who finished breeder/owner handled by myself in six shows within a month from the Bred By Exhibitor class with all specialty wins and a BISS from the classes over BIS/BISS top winning specials, and her litter sister "Abbie" - Destiny's Mirror Mirror (major pointed with multi BOB's from the classes). Abbie will continue to be shown in 2013 and is looking for her last major, and Bling will be back out to finish her Grand Championship title - just a few singles are required. Waiting in the wings is a younger litter sister from the repeat Broker x Diva litter, the red-head Destiny's Whatever Lola Wants - "Lola" and Bling's daughter Destiny's Genesis - "Geni" .
Destiny Siberian Husky Champions
To date there have been nineteen champion Siberians bred under the Destiny / Nordvik kennel names in seven countries (U.S.A., Australia, Norway, Russia, Iceland, Denmark and Ukraine) from limited breeding including multi Best In Show/Best In Specialty Show/Group winners/placers /B.O.B. winners. I attend AKC shows in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Indiana and Kentucky. My Siberians are only shown in AKC events, and as such are AKC Champions.
Siberian Husky Puppies Ohio
My goal for each breeding is to produce a Siberian Husky that is better than the previous generation. Each litter is carefully planned and all of the proper health tests and screening (hips and eyes) are performed on the sire and dam. I strive to produce quality Siberian Husky puppies that conform to the AKC Siberian Husky Breed Standard in health, temperament and structure.
On average I breed every one to two years, first and foremost for myself for my next show hopeful/pet. Occasionally Siberian Husky show and companion puppies may be available to approved homes. Please contact me for information regarding future puppy plans.
